The delegates experienced a unique gastronomical adventure at Balé Pampanga, a farmhouse located in the Culinary Capital of the Philippines, Pampanga, a 2-hour drive away from the convention area. Balé Pampanga offers a home-cooked Kapampangan feast prepared over an open fire. The delegates surely savored dishes made from heritage recipes passed down from generation to generation.
